2. Authorities in Virginia issued an arrest warrant for Jesse Leroy Mathew. He’s charged with abducting missing college student Hannah Graham.

3. Retired army captain Angela Radtke smashed a car windshield to rescue a baby who was inside. The baby was treated for dehydration while the father is charged with child endangerment.

4. And a ship from Taiwan rescued a Filipino fisherman who was adrift at sea for nine days.
