Rachel Lee: Shoppers started lining up Thursday eager to get into Apple Computer's newest store in New York. CNN Susan Lesilvach has more.
Susan Lesilvach: This store will be located on one of the world’s most exclusive strips of retails base, and that is Fifth Avenue, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Tiffany, Pradas, Saks Fifth Avenue, Harry Winston.
Rachel Lee: The store will be open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Rachel Lee: Attorneys General from 39 states are going after the tobacco industry over / little cigars. Richard Wilbur reports they want them classified as cigarettes.
Richard Wilbur: Saying that calling them cigars instead of cigarettes lets the tobacco industry dodge some taxes. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company spokesman Craig Fishel.
Craig Fishel: We look forward to being involved in the processes of ensuring that all tobacco products are properly classified, be it cigarettes, cigars or little cigars.
Richard Wilbur: Ellen Vargas is with the American Legacy Foundation, and she believes these little cigars target minors.
Ellen Vargas: The fact that they are candy-flavored and that they are lower in price makes them a perfect product for the youth market.

Rachel Lee: The home remodeling industry is changing as the population grows older. Many seniors are having their homes remodeled, so they can stay there as they age. Wing Hicks, a certified "aging in place" specialist in Sarasota, Florida, says the most common thing he does is widen 32-inch doors.
Wing Hicks: You can’t get a wheelchair through a 32-inch door and if you try to take a walker through there, you are gonna bust your knuckles on both sides. So the minimum would be 36, comfortably 42. Rachel Lee: Other changes include lever door handles and non-slip surfaces.
