1. Cuba is tackling Alberto, the first named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season developed into a tropical storm this morning. By afternoon, the storm had winds near 45 miles-per-hour, but the National Hurricane Center does not expect it to develop into a hurricane.

President Ahmadinejad has denied the Holocaust took place. Protestors say he would not be welcome in Germany if he wants to visit the teams.

4. Even in the place of violence and unrest, the World Cup is bringing happiness. Children in a refugee camp in Dili, East Timor, are competing in their own version of the World Cup. Wearing jerseys representing the strongest contenders in the real tournament, they competed all weekend, drawing more smiles than big money or television cameras.
