1. The U.S. and France reached an agreement on a UN Security Council resolution to bring an end to the fighting between Israel and Hezbollah. U.S. Ambassador John Bolton says the resolution will probably be adopted in a few days.
2. Floyd Landis is out for the count. His second doping test came back positive for elevated levels of testosterone for the American Tour de France champ. Now he is out of a job and likely to lose his title. But Landis says he never took any banned substance and won because he was the strongest.
3. Residents in El Paso, Texas are in for more evacuations. City officials have briefly called off evacuations after crews lowered water levels in a dam across the border in Mexico. The dam came another downpour, bringing even more flooding. And more rain is expected today.
4. A wayward bear made his way into a Nevada casino, hoping to try his luck finding some food. But casino workers were able to detour the 150-pound bear back toward a loading dock and back into the wild, still hungry
