There was response to the crisis when Gaddafi was in power, with a deal with the Italians to return any intercepted boats to Libya. Do you think that new EU policy's been formulated to return as it were to old practices, as you always say in purposes this is the indication of Italy's approach at the time. 

 

 

Well, it is quite difficult to return, all doors there. I'll say our illegal migrants. Because the many of them deserve to be recognized as the refugees. Those comming from Eritrea, those coming from Somalia just to name as few it's inpaustible. But there is a new initiative that entred into form when a left European commission is commissioner. There is a new European that are active, that is stating how and in which cases you can return legally, illegal people to the origining countries, not all, but only those their don't run their risk to be torture. For example, like in the case of very ? Nigerian, in these cases, Europe should welcome and hearth as refugees those people. 

 

 

Do you think that Italy is been unfairly left to cope alone in all of this? 

 

 

Well, we have been left alone, this is absolutely clear, just to compare our national mission Mare Nostrum, there do we funded by 3 times money that did Triton mission. Funded by Europe as a whole, this is simply unacceptable that a single state is left alone, we are not the Buddha cost God of Euro, we are a member that deserves to be help and other member states have to share this single to every common European migration policy. 

 

 

It is to our shame that people are dying in the Mediterranean as they tried to state more poverty and other problems in their countries. Which European country can it...let's name and shame these countries. Which European countries are obviously ignoring the options of sharing the bergy. 

 

 

Well, I don't know because in pulic, you see all the leaders are saying it's a shame action like that and tragedies shouldn't be repeated and the longer all are saying that is public. But when it comes to the table of European council on Thursday, at that moment in 2 days we'll know who's to be shame for that. For the moment, I think Europe is to be shame because of election so far and for having left Italy alone to face with Malta, with Greece that situation which is a global issue not a national or regional issue.
