1.The news is not good out of Mount Hood. Rescue crews found photos with Kelly James, the climber found dead on the Oregon mountain. The sheriff says he is concerned because the pictures show the hikers do not have equipment they need to survive.
2. Preliminary autopsy reports show that 7 people found dead in a house in Missouri all succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning. The coroner says the bodies show no signs of trauma. Five young adults and 2 children died. A babysitter found the bodies on Sunday.
3. First Lady Laura Bush is doing just fine after having a skin cancer tumor removed from her leg. The White House says it didn't disclose the cancer because, in Mrs. Bush's words, it's no big deal. The administration says she is not an elected official and is entitled to medical privacy.
4. What did Frosty do to this guy? A homeowner in Ohio caught this assault on video. The suspect appears to be hacking at the inflatable yard art with a screwdriver. An 18-year-old man is charged with criminal damaging, a misdemeanor. Investigation could snowball. A second suspect is still on the loose.
