 1. The 10 p.m. curfew in Baltimore was lifted Sunday morning by the city's mayor one day earlier. Overnight, arrests for minor curfew violations were few and there were no major incidents. Church services in the neighborhood focused on rebuilding and moving ahead.

3. Ships rescued 3,600 migrants from smugglers' boats off the Libyan coast on Saturday. The Italian Coast Guard says it conducted 17 different rescue missions during the day and overnight.
