The fifth round of dialogue between financial ministers from China and Japan begins in Beijing.

Chinese Finance Minister Lou Jiwei set to talk cooperation in economic, financial and international affairs with his Japanese counterpart Taro Aso. 

The talks have been put on hold the past two years due to sour relations between the countries. The last round of dialogue was held in Tokyo in April 2012.
