Former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak will once again stand trial for the killing the protesters in the 2012 upraising against him. NPR's LF reports Mubarak was previously sentenced to life in prison, but that was overturned on appeal.
Egypt hight court allowed the decision to drop the keys against Mubarak. The original decision last year not to prosecute caused an outcry among many Egyptian activists who blamed Mubarak for the nearly 1000 people killed during the upraising that forced him from power. The new trial will begin November fifth, Mubarak and his sons were previously sentenced to 3 years in jail in a retrial of corruption case.

P Lanch's watched the union's 23000 members have been working without a new contract for 5 years. And now L faces two challengers--federal officers B and R. They say Lanch's public fight with mayor B has distracted him from addressing the real concerns of ...officials.
There are now ten major candidates vowing for the republican nomination for president. Former Taxes governor R is taking another step, announcing his candidacy today, saying he wants to undo what he calls the failure of Obama administration.
P was an instant frontrunner in the republican race 4 years ago but failed after an embarrassing moment when he could not remember which federal agencies he want to close.
