1. Officials in Texas released video covering the three-hour before Sandra Bland was found dead in her jail cell. Authorities say the 28 year-old hanged herself but prosecutors say it is too soon to tell and that case is ongoing. 

2. Locals in Turkey prayed at the site of a bomb attack, a day after the explosion killed 31 people and wounded more than 100 others. Authorities say they believed the Islamic State group was behind the apparent suicide bomb and vowed to strike back at those behind it. 

3. Three-time World Surfing Champion Shaken Fanning arrived home in Australia Tuesday after surviving a shark attack. The frightening moment was caught on camera during a televised final of World's Surfing competition in South Africa over the weekend.  

4. Officials in California say flooding at the normally-dry interstate can caused a bridge to collapse. An average 27,000 vehicles a day use the busy part of pass the interstate and officials are not sure when it will reopen.
