1993A fiery end to the 51-day siege of Branch Davidian compound near Waco, Texas. Flames consume the structure after federal agents begin smashing their way inside. Religious leader David Koresh and dozens of his followers die in the fire.
1956Oscar winning actress Grace Kelly marries Prince Rainier of Monaco and becomes Princess Grace.
