The judge there today denies motions to dismiss charges against 6 police officers in the death of Freddy Grey. The 12-year-old black man suffered a critical spinal injury while in police custody in April. NPR Jenifer Laden reports the judge has also ruled against a second recommendation. “Another motion was made to procures it—the state’s attorney Malland Mosby and neither his whole office from the case on citing that Mosby has a conflict of interest because her husband Nick Mosby is a city councilmen for the neighborhood where Freddy lived and also saying the office kind of need itself a witness in this case  when overboarded conducting its own investigation beyond the police investigation. The judge today said that you know that is just certainly no crime to be married to a city counsil person and you know if prosecutors can’t carry out  investigations then no case will go forward.”  NPR Jenifer Laden in Baltimore. President Obama has secured the number of votes needed to pass the Iran nuclear deal. Senator Barbi Mocoski, a  Maryland democrate is the 34th senator to back the president on the agreement. NPR Michael Kalama reports. Congress is expected to vote this month on a resolution disapproving the deal the US and the other world powers negotiated with Iran. President Obama says he would veto that resolution and now he can be sure that the senate would not override him. Secretary of State John Kerry says the deal is meant to prevent Iran from acquiring the nuclear weapon. “ President Obama and I were convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that the framework that we have put forward will get the job done.” Speaking in Philadelphia, Kerry was introduced by former republic senator Richard Luger who says while there is no perfect nuclear deal, the Iran agreement deserves support. Michael Kalama,NPR news, Washington. The army has decided to open all-feactured range ?school classes to women. NPR Tubman reports  that  the decision comes after 2 women completed group-link ?2 month course. “The army’s statement is straightforward. All qualified personnel will be able to attend the ranged course regardless of gender. The ranged course has been army’s lead training ground for small untacts? and  leadership  for 65 years. Completion is considered important  to advancing in ranks in leading soldiers in combat. The army says the qualified standards for rench school will be same for man and woman. If soldiers must complete at least 49 pushups, 6 cheerups and run 5 miles in 40 minutes or less, army leaders are still deciding whether  all ground combat? be open to woman or some should remain closed. Chinese communist party is planning a massive military parade tomorrow to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the end ww2  but as Franklin reports the leaders of many countries that fought in the war aren’t coming. Chinese officials insist the parade is the celebration of the big victory over fascism and a way to promote peace but some of that massage could be lost in all the military hardware. Hundreds migrants protesting Hungary’s decision to prevent them  from traveling to Germany and other European countries without required documents. The migrants seeking refuge from confuted areas are camped ou at the main international train station in Budapest. Hungary government spokesman Sottain Kova says they are simply following European Union procedures. “We have to follow the existing European protocols and rules.
