In north Cariland a yoga expert causing a sensation on social media by breaking down theory types of what it means to be fit. ABC's M.C. is back with her story. Good morning too again M. H. Good morning. She is a soft desgrived fat fan turned yoga group sharing photos of her bands poses withe her more than 111 thousand instagram followers. She is changing the face of yoga and inspiring countless yogis of all shapes and sizes. It's an exercise of the body and soul. Your reach your finger tips up toward the ceiling. And now a social media group is hoping to shadow this theory type that practising yoga is only for the thin. 27 year old J. admits she was initially put off by yoga because she was too focused on weight loss. My first experiences with yoga, I was 16 years old, my aunt was really billy into back from yoga at the time. It was a horrible experience I was really upset with losing weight. I was really uncomfortable with my body. Years later, J. decided to give yoga a second chance. A decision she credits with saving her life. At the time she was battling depression and yoga gave her something to hold on to. There was something that challenged me. What I thought of practising yoga all of the poses they were progressively more difficult and it was something genuinely exciting. That excitement translated to other part of my life. Now yoga and ...around the world flocked to J.'s intagram to check out her advanced yoga poses and get inspired. That completely changes the way that I thought about weight loss. They took me not caring about losing weight at all to finally lose weight.
