　　China's securities watchdog announced on July 9 that China Securities Finance Corporation Limited (CSF), the national margin trading service provider, will provide liquidity to apply for the purchase of public offering of fund.

　　中国证监会9日宣布，国家保证金交易服务提供商中国证券金融股份有限公司将提供充裕资金用于申购公募基金。

　　公募基金

　　公募基金（public offering of fund），是受政府主管部门监管的，向不特定投资者公开发行受益凭证的证券投资基金。 公募，即公开发行（public offering），相对的还有私募基金（private equity fund）。

　　证金公司（China Securities Finance Corporation Limited，CSF）提供充裕资金用于申购公募基金，

　　旨在充分利用市场机构的专业优势，增强投资者信心（boost investors' confidence），保障公募基金行业平稳运行（ensure stable performances of the sector），切实帮助专业机构投资者稳定资本市场（help professional institutional investors steady the capital market）。7月8日，证金公司向五家基金公司申购2000亿元主动型基金（active fund）份额。
