Most candidates took a hands-off approach to Donald Trump in their first doubting. They are expected to shift strategies this time around. 2. Europe’s migrant crisis took another ugly turn when Hungarian riot police used tear gas, pepper spray, water canon to beat back hundreds of people massed at the border with Serbia. 3. A 14-year-old Muslim boy will face any charges to bring in homemade clock at school on Monday. Ahmed Mohamed had been detained by police after a teacher at his north Texas high school thought his clock looked like a bomb. The incident caused President Obama’s attention who invited the teen to the White House. 4. Comedian Jon Stewart joined hundreds of firefighters including many 9/11 victims suffering from cancer and other serious health problems at a rally in Washington urging Congress to extend healthcare benefits to 9/11 first responders. |
