SWEETBOX于1995年以一个音乐项目的名义由德国监制人 Heiko Schmidt和音乐制作人Roberto "Geo" Rosan建立，SWEETBOX的诞生意义就是要融合各式的风格元素，就像从一个糖果盒子里取出一枚糖果却不知其味的那种感觉，因此取名SWEETBOX。
