Cooper was born in Philadelphia and graduated from the university with a BA degree in English in 1997. Besides, he has also studied French and lived in France for 6 months. Without the intention to be a linguist, instead, he entered Hollywood step by step.

 

Cooper began his professional acting career on the television series Sex and the City in 1998 and made his film debut in Wet Hot American Summer in 2001.Later he joined Julia Roberts to star in Three Days of Rain on Broadway but this didn’t win him too much appreciation..

 

But the turning point of his career came in 2009 after his role in the comedy Hangover. The film with little costs, won fully at the box office that year. And Cooper finally reached a milestone in his acting journey. But much to our surprise, Cooper expressed that he preferred to cast a role in action films rather than be adored as a comedian. Then, maybe for his manifestation, he starred in a series of action films like The A-Team and The Dark Fields later on.
