阿富汗议会表决自行延长任期

Parliamentarian Abdul Qader Zazai blamed the infighting between President Ghani and CEO Abdullah Abdullah.

国会议员阿卜杜勒·卡迪尔·塞伊指责加尼总统与首席执行官阿卜杜拉之间的内斗。

“They were not able to bring the actual reform in the election for the next Wolesi Jirga election.”

Little progress has been made since then because they could not agree on who would lead the reform commission. The view on the streets of Kabul is as divided as in the halls of power.

由于他们未能在谁领导改革委员会问题上达成一致，因此几乎没有取得任何进展。喀布尔街头也是这样观点截然不同的景象。

“Why has the president extended their term?”

“If there is no replacement for them,no new comers,they should stay in parliament.”

Mr Ghani's office has said a date for fresh parliamentary elections would be announced within a month. But Abdullah's spokesman Jawed Faisal said one month was not enough. The unity government itself was a deal made outside the constitutional framework. A delay in elections may put the legality of the whole system in question.

加尼先生的办公室表示新议会选举日期将在一个月内公布。但是阿卜杜拉的发言人贾威德·费萨尔表示一个月是远远不够的。联合政府本身是一项宪法框架之外的交易。选举的推迟可能会引发人们对整个体系合法性的质疑。
