Wake up, go to work, sit at a desk, leave work,sit on the couch, go to bed, rinse and repeat.
How often does this become our default schedule?
Physical well-being has been scientifically proven to be correlated with cognitive awareness and performance. Working out,either at the gym or on the field, in a yoga class or in the pool, is vital to not only maintaining a healthy body, but a healthy mind as well.
Drop the soda and turn off the TV, grab water and hit the track. Make time for your body.
