Tuesday at 8, CCTV's Mandarin Finance Channel will present its annual 'March 15th Show', to mark World Consumer Rights Day. It features undercover and investigative reports into quality scandals in China. 

With the government seeking to transform China into a consumption-driven economy, raising the quality of consumer goods has become a priority. Past reports on violations have resulted in real changes and improvements. 

But experts say the campaign to improve products and service quality should be carried out in a consistant and institutional manner.
