Former Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney urged Americans not to vote for Donald Trump. In a nearly 20 minute speech, Romney said the prospects for a safe future are greatly diminished if Trump is elected. He also questioned Trump’s trustworthiness, calling him promises “as worthless as a degree from Trump University”. Shortly after, Donald Trump hitting back at Romney’s comments. At a campaign event in Maine, Trump said Romney begged for his endorsement in 2012. Trump then leveled a number of personal attacks, and said Romney should’ve won against Barack Obama.
An American who discovered the possible remains of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 in Mozambique originally thought it was from a much smaller plane. Experts say Blaine Gibson’s photos appear to show a part of tail section of Boeing 777. The debris is now being sent to Australian authorities for analysis.
And in Texas, an 11-year-old boy plays the opening shot in a new golf course and scores a hole in one. Taylor Crozier celebrated the shot with pro golfer Tiger Woods, who was also there. Woods has been off the PGA tour recovering from back surgery. |
