1. An Egyptian plane was hijacked en route from Egypt to Cyprus Tuesday morning. Officials say the hijacker is a native of Egypt. Most of the passengers were allowed to off in Cyprus. 2. The U.S capitol complex is set to return normal Tuesday. Police say officials shot and wounded a man who pulled out of weapon in a security checkpoint while entering the Capitol visitor center. The man, identified as Larry R.Dawson of Tennessee, was the last listed in critical condition. 3. A winter storm warning is in effect on Wednesday in areas of northern Nevada. Around a foot of snow fell in the Reno area Monday. 4. And a military bomb-sniffing dog wounded in Afghanistan was now undergoing test in Fort Hood,Texas. Military officials hope to determine if Rocky, the dog is fit to return to duty. |
