1. Minneapolis  police said they won't fire charges against 2 police officers in the fatal shooting of a black man last November. They said the decision was based on evidence that Jamar Clark wasn't handcuffed at that time and he tried to grab in officer's gun. 

2. Mourners in Tornado pay their final respects to controversial former mayor Rob Ford, who died last week of cancer at the age of 46. Speaking at the funeral service,  Ford's young daughter Stephanie said her father is now the mayor of heaven. 

3. President Barack Obama commuted the prison sentence of 61 drug offenders, including many who were serving life sentences as the white house continues to spotlight criminal justice reform. Obama's now commuted the sentence of 248 inmates, more than the past 6 presidents combined.   

4. And a Santa Barbara zoo unveiled its newest members, a baby Masai giraffe was born last weekend. The yet-to-be-named cub already weights 191 pounds and stands over 6-feet tall.
