This is AP news minute. 

1. A hot air balloon carrying at least 16 people caught fire and crashed in central Texas on Saturday. Authorities say it's likely they are no survivors. Investigators are still working to determine the number of victims. 

2. Pope Francis urged hundreds of thousands of young people to reject a "Couch Potato" existence, and instead engage in social activism and politics to create a more just world. They were gathered in a Polish meadow as part of World Youth Day, a global catholic celebration. 

3. Protesters took to the streets of Srinagar in Indian-administered Kashmir despite a curfew, following the killing of a top rebel leader earlier this month. Police officers retaliated by firing tear gas and rubber bullets at the pro-Pakistan protesters. 

4. Members of the Olympic Refugee team visited the Christ the redeemer statue in Rio De Janeiro,  a day after touching down in Brazil. A group of ten athletes from South Sudan, Syria, Congo and Ethiopia will complete under the Olympic flag, as the first refugee team ever in the history of the Olympics.
