But take a closer look, something in this picture is not at all ordinary: While apparently rows of people are seen standing under the sun, there are another row of people sitting on the far right side of the photo, in the shade.

但是一近看，你就会发现不平常之处：很明显的是，几排人站在太阳底下，而照片最右侧的另一排人则坐在阴凉处。

This is a picture taken during an outdoor meeting held by the Nanchang city's Appearance and Environment Sanitation Administrative Bureau in southeastern China's Jiangxi Province recently.

这张照片拍摄于一次由中国东南部江西省南昌市的市容环境管理局近期举行的一次户外会议上。

It was meant to be a bonding meeting between the team of street cleaners and their leaders, so that the leaders had an opportunity to learn more about the jobs of the street cleaners.

此次会议本意是为了增进环卫工队伍和他们的领导之间的了解，让领导们有机会去更多的了解关于环卫工的工作情况。

But the photo has gone viral online since August 11, with netizens criticizing how on earth the leaders could let their workers stand under the scorching sun while they sat comfortably in the shade.

但是自8月11日以来，这张照片在网上被疯传，网友们纷纷指责领导们怎么可以让员工站在洋洋烈日之下，而自己却舒服地坐在阴凉处。

A spokesperson surnamed Lu of the local government later explained that the meeting merely took five minutes, and the intention was meant to be good and positive.

当地一位姓卢的政府发言人随后解释道，会议只持续了5分钟，其意图是向好的、积极的。

He added that "leaders even personally distributed green beans and rock candies to the street cleaners one by one so to show their goodwill". And they also explain to the street cleaners how to take preliminary measures to avoid heatstroke.

他还补充说道："领导们甚至还亲自一一给环卫工发放绿豆和冰糖。他们还向街道环卫工讲解了如何采取预防措施避免中暑。"

"Please don't make a fuss over one picture," Lu said.

卢某表示："请不要对一张照片大做文章"。
