This is AP news minute. 1. More than 80,000 people have been told to evacuate as a massive wildfire burns out of control east of Los Angles. The fire has already scorched more than two dozens square miles and destroyed at least 12 buildings, some of them homes. 2. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is appealing for African American votes. Trump spoke near Milwaukee Tuesday night. He accused democratic Hillary Clinton of bigotry and being against the police. 3. Islamic State militants are blamed for suicide bombings in Libya. At least five people were killed and more than two dozens pro-government fighters were hurt. 4. Flood waters in Southern Louisiana are moving downstream and forcing more people from their homes.
