日前，我国在纽约联合国总部发布了《中国落实2030年可持续发展议程国别方案》。

　　The national plan was released by Premier Li Keqiang when he chaired a roundtable on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

　　李克强总理在主持可持续发展目标主题座谈会时发布了这项国别方案。

　　The plan consists of five parts, including China's achievements and experience on implementing the Millennium Development Goals, and the challenges and opportunities, guiding principles, roadmap and detailed plans of implementing the SDGs.

　　该方案由5部分组成，包括我国在落实千年发展目标方面取得的成果和经验，落实可持续发展目标的挑战与机遇、指导原则、路线图和具体方案。

　　中国已批准落实2030年可持续发展议程国别方案

　　As the first national plan that specifies various domains and goal-oriented concrete measures, the plan comprehensively expounds China's development policy and its efforts to help other developing countries to forge ahead the process of global implementation.

　　作为第一个规定了多个领域和目标导向的具体措施的国家计划，该计划全面阐述了中国的发展政策，并致力于努力帮助其他发展中国家在全球执行过程中开拓进取。

　　The Agenda, endorsed and launched at the UN Summit for Sustainable Development last year, is a blueprint for eradicating poverty across the world.

　　这一议程在去年的联合国可持续发展峰会上获得了赞同和支持，是消除全世界贫困的基本蓝图。

　　Premier Li said at the roundtable that it is the ultimate goal of China's modernization to have over 1.3b people to live a well-off life.

　　李克强总理在座谈会上表示，让13亿多人过上好日子，是我国推进现代化建设的根本目的。

　　In September last year, the UN adopted the 2030 ASD for people, the planet, peace, prosperity and partnership.

　　去年9月，联合国通过了关注人本、地球、和平、繁荣与伙伴关系的《2030年可持续发展议程》。
