Lesson52 Happy Vacation
  Of course you do not want to spend your vacation sick in bed. So what canyou do to stay in good health while travelling? There are three things youshould remember when you travel: relax, sleep and eat well.
  A vacation is supposed to be a time for relaxing but very often it is not.
  Think about what you do when you are a tourist. There are so many places tovisit: museums, shops, parks and churches. You may spend most days walkingaround these places. This can be very tiring. Do not ask your body to do toomuch. A tired body means a weak body. And a weak body gets sick easily. Sosit down for a few hours in a nice spot. In good weather, look for a quietpark bench.
  Sleep is also important. If you want to stay healthy you need to get enoughsleep. Your hotel room may be noisy or the bed may be uncomfortable. You maynot get enough sleep for other reasons. You may want to stay out late atnight. Then you should plan to sleep for an hour during the day. That extrahour can make a big difference.
  Finally, if you want to stay healthy, you must eat well. That means eatingthe right kinds of food. Your body needs fresh fruits and vegetables, andsome meat, milk or cheese.
  So, remember this: if you want to enjoy your vacation, take good care ofyourself. Give your body some rest. Get enough sleep and eat good, healthyfood.

  最后,要想保持身体健康,你必须吃好。也就是说,吃的食物要合适。你的身体需要新鲜的水果和蔬菜、一些肉类、牛奶或者奶酪。
  所以,要记住,要想拥有一个快乐的假日,一定要照顾好你自己。要让你的身体得到休息,要有充分的睡眠,要吃合适的健康食物。
