模仿文本:Today European leaders started summit in Brussels. The big problem is of course the crisis in Crimea, but there's another nagging headache - the banking system. They'll try to make progress with banking union, a collection of reforms intended to reduce the risk of further financial crisis and taxpayer-funded rescues. As it happens, it's a year since the most recent major episode in Europe's financial turmoil came to our head. That was Cyprus, and it was a controversial case because bank account holders with large balances were forced to take losses. 
今天,欧洲领导人聚在布鲁塞尔召开会议。目前头等大事当然是克里米亚危机,但是还有一件事让他们头疼不止,那就是银行体系。领导人们将尽力就一系列旨在降低潜在金融危机风险并减少用纳税人的资金提供救助的可能性的改革方案与银行同盟达成协议。距此一年前,也是欧洲金融动荡近期最主要的一个事件浮出我们的脑海。这就是塞浦路斯,因为强迫银行储户们用自己的大量存款余额抵消亏损而颇具争议。
