1. hang up

　　Lily：I can’t believe that you hung me up after all I did for you.

　　Notes: hang up表面意思是“把……挂起”，在这里就是这个意思，不过用了比喻的修辞手法。例：

　　I hung up my jacket.

　　我把我的夹克衫挂起来。

　　除此之外，hang up还有“挂断电话”，“搁置，中止”的意思。例：

　　She hung up the phone.

　　她把电话挂断了。

　　Our plan has been hung up.

　　我们的计划被搁置了。

　　Their talks were hung up for five days.

　　2. keep a secret

　　Lily: I kept your royal secret.

　　Notes: keep a secret 保守秘密，例：

　　I can trust you to keep a secret.

　　我相信你可以保守秘密。

　　Notes: blow up 爆发，爆炸，例：

　　此外，口语中，blow up还可表示“发怒，责骂”。例：

　　My father will blow me up if I don’t finish my homework.

　　Mia：Everybody’s got pre-coronation jitters including me. Everybody except Fat Louie. He’s totally adapted to being a royal.
