This is AP news minute. 

1. Hillary Clinton appears to be displaying strength in the crucial battleground states of North Carolina and Florida among people cast early ballots. The AP has found she may also be building a advantage in Arizona and Colorado. More than 4 million votes have been cast. 

2. Meanwhile, Donald Trump says he will be packing his scheduled events from now until the election day, so that he won't have any regrets. He said he never wants to look back and think that if he'd only held one more rally, he could have won the state. 

3. Islamic State militants armed with assault rifles and explosives attacked targets in and around the northern Iraq city of Kirkuk. Multiple explosions rocked the city in an attack appears to aim at diverting Iraqi security forces from a massive offensive against IS held city of Mosul. 

4. And the London Zoo is welcoming its first ever baby aye-aye lemur. It was born July,1st but only emerged from its nest box this week.
