This is AP news minute. 1. This is the shocks settle-in following Monday's deadly truck attack in Berlin. Prosecutors have released the man who was arrested due to what they say is lack of evidence. The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the attack. 2. Ahmad Khan Rahimi, the man accused of setting off bombs in New Jersey and New York in September, injuring more than 30 people, made his first in-person appearance in court where he pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges. 3. Michigan's attorney general has fired more criminal charges in connection with the lead contaminated water crisis in the city of Flint. The conspiracy and misconduct charges applied for four former city officials, including two former emergency managers in Flint. 4. Long-time broadcaster Craig Sager, who died last week after a battle with cancer, was remembered for his love of family, sports and colorful attire at a memorial service in Marietta, Georgia.
