　　Over the last six months, 449 individuals with personal assets over 10 million yuan took park in the survey, which is now in its 13th year.

　　Though the pace of GDP growth slowed once again over the past year, over 90% of interviewees were optimistic about economic prospect, with 28% saying they were "very confident."

　　30% of interviewees choose real estate as their first choice for investment, which is 4 percent higher than last year. 64% of interviewees were positive that property prices would go up in the next two years.
