　　Thank you for having me here to celebrate my 20-year career as a Los Angle Lakers

　　I am humble to be standing before you at this gracious ceremony

　　I appreciate the honor you bestow upon me today

　　我十分感激今天你们给予我的荣耀

　　But I hope this is just the beginning of our journey together

　　但我希望这只是我们共同开创更美好未来的开始

　　Your acceptance of me has never waivered

　　你们一直在我身边，从未改变

　　The first time I arrived here in 1998

　　当我1998年第一次踏上这片土地时

　　I immediately saw your passion and electricity for basketball

　　我立刻就感受到你们对于篮球的热情和能量

　　Your eyes were a mirror image

　　你们的眼睛就像一面镜子

　　Reflecting back the same commitment to hard work

　　我从里面看到另一个自己

　　Dedication and determination that were in mine

　　勤劳、奉献和坚毅

　　There were an immediate connection and it's drawn me back to you ever since

　　Needs to be the ability to dream

　　I was born in the Unite States, but spent my early years growing up in Italy

　　我出生在美国，但我在意大利长大

　　It was during this time that I learned to dream the impossible

　　Imagine the path to greatness and develop the courage to chase the dream
