This is AP news minute. 

1. A Trump administration is tightening enforcement of U.S immigration laws. A pair of homeland security memo signs Tuesday, greatly expands the number of people considered a priority for deportation. Now, any immigrant living in the U.S illegally who has been charged, convicted or even suspected of a crime could face rapid deportation. 

2. Authorities in Northern California are warning residents more flooding is possible. Officials say high river flow is expected to continue for at least four days, and more rain is in the forecast. 

3. Right-wing provoker Milo Yiannopoulos announced his resignation from Breitbart  Tuesday. He was the senior editor at the conservative blog. He stepped down amid backlash over controversial comments he made on a variety of issues, including sexual relationship between boys and old men. 

4. And Baobao, a beloved American-born panda at the national zoo is on her way to China. The 3-year old left the zoo in a special crate for a 16-hour one-way flight. In preparation for the trip, keepers kept Bao Bao's favorite foods, including bamboo, apples and sweet potatoes.
