This is AP News Minute. National security advisor Michael Flynn says that Trump administration is putting Iran on notice after it tested a ballistic missile. Flynn told the reporters Wednesday the administration condemns such actions by Iran that undermine security, prosperity and stability in the Middle East and beyond, and that puts American lives at risk. A Delaware prison is on lockdown after guards were reportedly taken hostage. Department of Corrections described the situation as an isolated incident and that there was no threat to the public. World Hijab Day is celebrated in New York with dozens of supporters on the steps of City Hall. The day, founded in 2013, started in reaction to Muslim women being harassed for wearing the head covering used by some women who practice Islam. And a lava stream has been created from a Hawaiian island volcano eruption.
