This is AP news minute. 

1.  20th century Fox says Bill O’Reilly, the Talk Show host dogged by allegations of sexual harassment is out at Fox news. His departure comes just weeks after the New York Times reported that millions of dollars have been paid out to 5 women, who * that behavior, claims the Talk Show host denies. 

2. Authorities in Massachusetts are investigating the apparent suicide of convicted murder of former New England Patriots Star Aaron Hernandez, who reportedly hanged over himself in the prison cell overnight. His death cast cloud over the Patriot's visit to the White House to celebrate their recent Super Bowl victory. A handful  of players opposed to president Trump also boycotted the event. 

3. Congressman Jason Chaffetz, key republican who chairs the house oversight committee says he will not run for reelection in 2018. 

4. At least 11 people are dead after landslides triggered by heavy winds, struck a mountainous region in Columbia. The tragedy comes less than three weeks after several rivers overflew near Colombia's southern border, leaving more than 300 people dead.
