This is AP news minute. 

1. President Donald Trump says he plans to unveil a tax overhaul package next week that will include a massive tax cut for both individuals and corporations. He wouldn't give details about rates or how to pay for package. But he said the cuts will be "Bigger I believe than any tax cut ever". 

2. Authorities in Northern California say the Tennessee teenage who was allegedly kidnapped by her teacher weeks ago showed no signs of elation, when authorities find them in his cabin Thursday. The suspect, 50-year old Tad Cummins  faces state and federal kidnapping and sexual assault charges. 

3. As Parisians continue to pay tribute to the slain police officer in Thursday's attack, French authorities identified the attacker as a French citizen, and said he had known with him, praising the Islamic State group.   

4. Britain's royal force artillery delivered a 41 gun salute to mark a milestone , Queen Elizabeth's 91st birthday. She is Britain's oldest and longest-reigning monarch with the reign dates back to 1952.
