Police raided a block of apartments in central Manchester following Monday's attack that killed 22 people at an Ariana Grande concert. The bombing suspect's father and one of his brothers were arrested in Libya. And another brother was arrested in Manchester in connection with the attack.

President Donald Trump has arrived in Brussels ahead of Thursday's NATO summit. Belgium's king and queen welcomed President Trump and the First Lady at the royal palace. Belgium is the fourth stop on his first overseas tour.

At least eight people were killed after a car bomb exploded in Somolia's capital Mogadishu. The extremist group Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the attack. The group has vowed to step up attacks after Somalia's government announced a new offensive against it.

Hundreds of people celebrated a ruling by Taiwan's constitutional court in favor of same-sex marriage on Wednesday. Supporters gathered outside the legislature in capital Taipei with rainbow flags and noise-makers. Taiwan is the first place in Aisa to recognize gay unions.
