Without mentioning President Donald Trump by name, Hillary Clinton peppered her Friday commencement speech with barbs against her former rival. Speaking at her alma mater Wellesly College, Clinton took aim at Trump's budget and bemoaned an assault on truth and reason.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says he takes full responsibility for leaks surrounding the Manchester bombing investigation. Tillerson assured his British counterpart that confidential material will be protected.

Vice President Mike Pence told Naval Academy grads the era of military budget cuts is over. He said Trump will be the best friend the armed forces have ever had.

And twin panda cubs in China are doing well, after spending their first month in an incubator. They are now eight times their birth weight.
