The US Navy has ended its search for seven sailors who went missing off the Coast of Japan. The USS Fitzgerald collided with a container ship four times its size. The commander of the Navy's Seventh Fleet says several bodies were recovered.

Authorities say the cladding used on the exterior of the London high-rise that was engulfed in flames appears to have violated building rules. Police are investigating the cause of the fire that killed at least 58 people.

Aerial drone footage shows aftermath of Portugal's forest fire that killed at least 61 people. Officials say several victims were trapped inside their cars as they tried to flee the flames.

The Italian Coast Guard nearly 800 migrants were rescued off the Lybia Coast. Rescuers saved hundreds of migrants who were navigating on board five rubber boats.
