This is AP News Minute. Senate Republican leaders are delaying a vote on their healthcare bill until after the July 4th recess. Sources say leaders were forced to retreat by a GOP rebellion that left them lacking in the votes to even begin debating the legislation. A new and highly damaging cyber attack is causing mass disruption across the world, hitting companies and governments in Europe especially hard. The number of companies and agencies affected by the ransomware campaign is unknown, as the electronic rampage appears to be rapidly snowballing. 34 people suffered non-life-threatening injuries during a New York subway derailment Tuesday. Officials are investigating why the train's emergency brakes went on before the derailment as the train approached the Harlem Station. The accident caused several lines to be suspended as the investigation is completed. And two pandas from China have a new home at the Berlin Zoo. Female "Meng Meng" arrived over the weekend along with male panda "Jiao Qing." They will make their public debut next month as the only pandas in all of Germany.
