This is AP news minute. 

1.  Donald Trump Jr. says he was expecting damaging information about Hillary Clinton when he met with the Russian lawyer last year. President Trump's  son told Sean Hannity of Fox News Channel, in retrospect, he probably would have done things differently. 

2. U.S officials say a fair missile defense system based in Alaska successfully shot down a test missile over the Pacific. That has successfully intercepted 15 missiles in 15 tests. 

3. Mississippi's governor is warning people not to remove debris from the side of a military plane that crashed on Monday. 16 people died in that crash, including 15 marines. 

4. And the American league won the major baseball All Star game, beating the national league 2-1.  Robinson Cano was named MVP after hitting a 10th-inning home run.
