The driver that broiling tractor-trailer found packed with immigrants outside a San Antonio Walmart was now charged in the deaths of tens of his passengers. 60-year-old James Bradley was in federal court on charges of illegally transporting immigrants for financial gain, resulting in death. He could face the death penalty. In London, the parents of Charles Gard announced an agonizing decision to let Charles go and be “with the Angels”. Recent tests show the infant has irreversible muscular damage and probably won’t see his first birthday in two weeks. And hundreds of people gathered at the Mexican town of Etla to watch giant paper balloons being released to the sky.
