The quake started a fire at one of the world's most powerful nuclear power plants, sending radioactive water into the Sea of Japan. 2. Forty-year-old Robin Munis was shot in the head early Saturday while singing in a restaurant. 4. And Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab. After six weeks at Promises in Malibu, the 21-year-old checked out of the facility but will voluntarily wear an alcohol-detecting ankle bracelet as part of an outpatient program.
