Tensions continue to mount between Washington and Pyongyang as North Korea's foreign minister addressed the UN General Assembly, calling President Donald Trump "a mentally deranged person full of megalomania and complacency." Meanwhile, to show off force, the US sent B1 bombers on a mission in international airspace just off the North Korean Coast.

A humanitarian crisis is growing in Puerto Rico, following Hurricane Irma with towns left without fresh water, fuel, electricity or phone service.

A powerful new earthquake shook Mexico Saturday, causing more damage and fear in a country already reeling from two earthquakes this month that have killed some 400 people. The US Geological Survey said the new 6.1-magnitude quake occurred in the state of Oaxaca.

First Lady Melania Trump and Britain's Prince Harry appeared together in Toronto ahead of Saturday's opening ceremonies of Prince Harry's Invictus Games for wounded warriors. The White House said it was Melania Trump's first solo trip outside of the US as first lady and her first time meeting Prince Harry.
