This is AP News Minute. Investigators south of Seattle say the Amtrak train that derailed Monday was going 80 mile per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone. Three people have died in the wreck and dozens of others were hospitalized. The Trump administration is publicly blaming North Korea for a ransomware attack that infected hundreds of thousands of computers back in May. A homeland security advisor says North Korea will be held accountable for the "wannacry" attack. Minneapolis authority say police shot and wounded a man inside city hall after he pulled a weapon and tried to hurt himself. The shooting happened in a police investigation interview room. And California fire officials say the massive wildfire northwest of Los Angeles is now fifty percent contained.
