This is AP News Minute. At least thirteen people are known dead after massive mudslides in areas of southern California recently burned by wildfires. The worst damage is northwest of Los Angeles where mud and boulders swept away dozens of homes. A federal judge blocked President Trump's decision to end the DACA program. DACA stops immigrants brought to the US illegally as children from being deported. Trump says he wants Congress to work out the issue. South Korea's President says he wants more talks with North Korea about that country's nuclear program. Moon Jae-in also says that he would meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un under certain conditions. The US Centers for Disease Control says influenza has been reported in 46 states.
