2017年CRI China's top legislative body holds second plenary meeting of annual session（在线收听）

The Fifth Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislative body, held its second plenary meeting in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Wednesday.

Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, delivered the committee's work report at the meeting.
