A newly-established think-tank has come up with a ranking of Chinese cities with the best business environment. First-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are among the top five, but the devil is in the details, before we take this list for granted, let’s find out what constitutes good business environment, who else is on the list and why.

Topic2-Ningbo city allows students to stop writing homework after 10pm

Chinese elementary kids are known to have so much homework to do that some kids can’t finish their homework until late at the night. 

Now when kids in Ningbo city can’t finish their homework before 10 pm, with parent’s support, they will have permission to NOT finish homework.
